Dr. Eloho Ajayi, MD
Dr. Eloho Ajayi is double board-certified in Infectious Diseases and Internal Medicine. She brings a wealth of expertise and experience to our community! Dr. Ajayi is consistently true to her passion of bringing exceptional care to every single patient under her care.
After earning her medical degree at the University of Lagos College of Medicine, she completed her Internal Medicine training at Abington–Jefferson Health in Pennsylvania. During this training, Dr. Ajayi’s relentless dedication to providing compassionate, high quality patient-focused care distinguished her — she was awarded the Richard C. Gozon Award for Compassion in Medicine and inducted into the prestigious Gold Humanism Honor Society.
Dr. Ajayi proceeded to undergo Infectious Diseases fellowship training at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. In addition to caring for patients with a wide range of infections, she participated in laboratory-based research projects and completed a Graduate Certificate program in Clinical & Translational Research at the University of Cincinnati.
Her clear passion for excellence led her to pursue additional sub-specialty training in Transplant/Immunocompromised Infectious Diseases at Moffitt H. Lee Cancer Center. Dr. Ajayi has several publications in various peer-reviewed scientific journals.
She genuinely enjoys helping her patients progress in their individual journey towards recovery. This is the heart behind her decision to found Mercy Medical Clinics of Fulshear — to create a safe, welcoming space where every patient gets the high quality, Infectious Diseases-focused care they deserve.
Outside of work, Dr. Ajayi loves to spend time with her husband and young children. She finds great enjoyment in reading and writing Christian-based fairy tales for children.
